62-year-old man found dead in Kolkata's Patuli flat

KOLKATA: A 62-year-old man was found dead at an apartment in Patuli.
Police said the victim was identified as Dilip Dutta. Neighbours alerted cops after getting a foul smell from the flat on Panchami night.
Cops broke open the door and found the victim lying dead on his bed. Rigor mortis was about to set in. “Only a post-mortem will ascertain the exact cause of death,” said an officer. Dutta used to stay alone and was suffering from some illness.
