Kolkata: Following a complaint lodged by the state HS council about illegal sale of free textbooks in the open market, Bidhannagar East police arrested Aftabuddin Malik, a bookseller from College Street, on Thursday. The council president had lodged the complaint after receiving information in this regard. tnn
