Kolkata: A special court granted bail to Rose Valley chief Goutam Kundu on Friday in a CBI case. Kundu — taken into custody on March 25, 2015 — will continue to remain in jail as two more cases are pending.
Kundu has been directed to furnish a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh, bail bond of Rs 10,000 and two sureties of Rs 5,000 each. The judge has also ordered him to attend the court regularly and not try to “threat, induce or promise” the witnesses.tnn
