Kolkata: A minor has been apprehended by Patuli police and presented before the Juvenile Justice Board on Wednesday for allegedly raping a 21-year-old woman multiple times for the past two months. The woman is now pregnant and under treatment at a govt hospital. The accused and the survivor are neighbours and reside at a govt colony in Patuli.
