Kolkata: A 65-year-old woman, Prabha Nath, was found dead and wrapped in a plastic at her Akra Jagannath Datta Bagan residence by cops on Sunday. Police arrested her son and his wife for allegedly murdering her and leaving her body to rot in an adjacent room for three days. Locals said, Nath supported her daughter who studies medicine in Ranchi and that caused a rift with her son and his wife.They also pressurized her into vacating the small space that she occupied in their two-room house. When locals grew suspicious of a foul smell emanating from the house on Saturday, Nath’s son finally called the Maheshtala PS.
