Kolkata: Two youths were summoned to the Trinamool office in Rajarhat for arbitration over a financial dispute where a Trinamool panchayat member allegedly abused and assaulted one of them. The victim, Gautam Sarkar, filed a complaint against panchayat member Raktim Kar and his associates at Rajarhat police station, based on which, cops filed charges of kidnapping, unlawful detention and assault against the accused and started a probe.However, as of Monday evening, no arrest has been made. tnn
