Kolkata: Eastern Railway’s Sealdah division has introduced QR-code devices for online UPI payment through State Bank of India payment gateway at all reservation counters. Passengers can now make secure and instant payments across all 90 passenger reservation system counters in the division.
This facility ensures a seamless and cashless booking experience, enhancing both speed and security.Furthermore, in the coming week, this QR-code payment facility will be extended to all Unreserved Ticketing System counters across the division. This initiative aims to make the ticketing process more efficient and convenient for all passengers.
