• Brabourne MoU for Partition project

  • Kolkata: Lady Brabourne College on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU ) with Centre for Language, Translation, and Cultural Studies of Netaji Subhas Open University for a joint public research project on the Partition of Bengal and Liberation War.

    According to the MoU signed between Lady Brabourne principal Shiuli Sarkar and Centre for Language, Translation, and Cultural Studies coordinator Manan K Mandal, the two institutes will work on the project for two years.Lady Brabourne surveyors will record life stories of elderly refugees in Bengal. Workshops, lectures and seminars will be held. tnn
