NEW DELHI: Nine people were injured in a collision between two vehicles on the AJC Bose flyover in the early hours of Monday, according to the police. The accident occurred when a private vehicle entered the flyover from a no-entry zone and collided head-on with another vehicle transporting IT professionals.
"Both the vehicles have been seized and the injured people are being treated at the SSKM Hospital.We are investigating the matter," a police officer stated.
Authorities are also investigating whether the driver of the private vehicle, which entered the flyover from the restricted zone, was intoxicated at the time.
