Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday allowed the filing of a PIL regarding ads for appointments of persons belonging to OBC A and OBC B communities, despite the reservation being removed by an HC judgment and the case pending in SC.
The matter was mentioned before the division bench of CJ T S Sivagnanam and Justice Hiranmay Bhattacharyya. It was told that institutes in the state are admitting students, based on this list.tnn
