Kolkata: Bengal minister for correctional administration Chandranath Sinha on Wednesday morning appeared before ED officers at the agency’s CGO Complex office for questioning in connection with the school recruitment scam probe. Sinha was summoned by the agency a few days ago.
ED had in March conducted a search operation at Sinha’s Bolpur residence over alleged appointment irregularities.ED had recovered a mobile phone and cash worth around Rs 40 lakh during the raid. PTI
