Kolkata: The CBI on Tuesday submitted to the Calcutta High Court a status report on the ongoing investigation into the alleged financial irregularities of Sandip Ghosh, now in custody.
The CBI counsel submitted the report in a sealed cover to the court of Justice Rajarshi Bharadwaj while the Supreme Court was hearing the R G Kar rape and murder case it had taken cognisance suo motu.Justice Bharadwaj directed the central investigating agency to submit its next report to the high court on Nov 25. tnn
