Kolkata: The IMA Calcutta branch on Tuesday suspended Birupaksha Biswas from its primary membership. Biswas, a senior resident of pathology, is an assistant secretary and state council member of IMA Calcutta. The suspension letter cited him being under CBI scanner and being suspended by the health department. tnn
