Kolkata: A 19-year-old youth was arrested by the Rajabagan police on Thursday night for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.
The police have charged the accused Rahul Sheikh, alias Rahul Molla, with kidnapping and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. He was produced in Alipore court and remanded in police custody till Oct 28. tnn
