Kolkata: Rain continues to play spoilsport as wet outfield due to overnight shower prevented play on the first day of Ranji Trophy Elite Group ‘C’ match between Bengal and Kerala at JU Salt Lake campus here on Saturday. Although there was no rain since morning but some wet patches forced the umpires to call off the day’s play after third inspection. Later in the evening former India skipper Sourav Ganguly visited the Bengal camp and talked to the players.
