The return flight left Port Blair at 12.20 pm.

Air India Express said it wanted to make the Andaman Islands more accessible for residents and tourists, offering diverse travel options.
“Andaman has always been one of the favourite spots for tourists from the east. We hope the increased connectivity will drive tourism and economic activity, making it easier for travellers to visit the Union Territory,” said Sumit Mehta, a private tour operator.
