12 Kolkata: A gathering was called by the ‘Raat Dokhol, Din Bodol' group in front of the CGO complex to protest against the CBI's failure to provide a charge sheet within 90 days. Sandip Ghosh and Avijit Mondal. were granted bail on Dec 13.
Rimjhim Sinha, the first voice to give the "Reclaim the Night" call on Aug 14, said, "We submitted a letter to the CBI demanding to know how can a premiere investigation agency be so inadvertent about a case which has shaken the society to the core. We demand immediate release of the charge sheet that will enable the probe to progress in the right direction and in a transparent way."
