Kolkata: Framing of charges in the school recruitment scam case could not start on Monday after the PMLA court found that some documents had not been served to the accused, reports Rohit Khanna. The court may send a report to the Supreme Court on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Partha Chatterjee's son-in-law Kalyanmoy Bhattacharya moved a bail petition.
Accused Tapas Mandal's lawyer Sanjay Dasgupta said: "The court noted our plea and gave necessary instructions to the agency."
