Howrah: A 22,000-litre LPG tanker overturned after hitting a divider on National Highway 16 near Chandrapur in Bagnan on Tuesday afternoon, causing gas leak and severe traffic congestion on the highway.
According to police, the tanker heading from Haldia to Kolkata overturned around 1.45 pm. Cops said the driver had fallen asleep at the wheel.
