  • Kolkata: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) is giving a final chance for students to enrol for the Madhyamik examination, which is slated in Feb. This year, the board made this process online, and the portal was opened twice for enrolment.

In a notice issued on Sunday, it was stated that those who missed it will get a final chance for 24 hours from 11 am on Jan 6 to 11 am on Jan 7. It also stated that if anyone misses the final round, they will not be able to sit for the exam.

Taking lessons from past experiences, even last year the board issued admit cards at the last moment following the court order. This time, the board made the process virtual and is giving chances so that students do not miss out. — Poulami Roy
