According to BSF, all boat nakas were alerted on receipt of information about a likely drug smuggling bid from the area of border post CS Khali in North 24 Parganas. "They seized 565 bottles of Phensedyl, 3kg of ganja, 2,900 strips of quinine sulfate tablet, 700 injections of quinine dihydrochloride and 1,200 artemether injections," the spokesperson said.
