  • 12 Kolkata: Calcutta High Court on Monday allowed a lawyer to file a petition on the "encounter killing" of undertrial prisoner Sajjak Alam, who had fled from a police van after shooting at two police officers, in Uttar Dinajpur's Goalpokhar.
