Kolkata: Kolkata Traffic Police announced it would now prosecute vehicles trying to take a U-turn near the PTS crossing towards Rabindra Sadan and Exide crossing after coming down from AJC Bose Road flyover. The move, said an officer, was to check accidents.
Cops said while this curb had been in place since last year, they did not prosecute vehicles in most cases.
