Maintain peace during Holi & Ramzan, CM tells mantris

12 Kolkata: CM Mamata Banerjee has asked ministers to stay in their areas during Holi and ensure that no communal disturbance occurs since the Ramzan month is also being observed.
At a cabinet meet on Thursday, Banerjee warned ministers about sinister designs during Holi and Ramzan and asked them to see that people don't get trapped in any communal clash.
The cabinet decided to hand over a 2-acre plot to SSB for setting up an outpost at Nagrakata, Jalpaiguri. Early this year, the cabinet allotted 20 acres of land to BSF for setting up border outposts and fencing work.
The state cabinet also gave the nod for creating 24 posts of staff and doctors at Ramrick Das Harlalka Hospital, which is acting as an annex of Bangur Institute of Neurology.
