Kolkata: Salesforce has partnered with Bandhan Bank to drive digital transformation in its loan origination systems (LOS). The collaboration was announced on Thursday in the city. With Salesforce's support, the bank has consolidated multiple LOS into AI-driven platforms.
Ratan Kumar Kesh, executive director and CEO of Bandhan Bank, said, "Through our partnership with Salesforce, we are building a scalable, AI-powered digital platform that enhances speed, agility and operational excellence."
Arundhati Bhattacharya, president and CEO of Salesforce South Asia, said that their collaboration with Bandhan Bank aims to establish a data-driven lending ecosystem. "As AI reshapes industries, banks must innovate responsibly, ensuring trust, security, and inclusion remain fundamental. With Salesforce Agentforce, we are entering a new era of digital banking. It is a new layer on the Salesforce platform that enables the deployment of AI agents capable of autonomously taking action across any business function," she said.
