On Holi road trip to Sikkim, Bengal biker dies in accident

123 Kolkata: A 28-year-old passionate biker, Rohan Ghosh who had set out on a road trip to Sikkim from Barasat with 11 friends on March 14 to celebrate Holi died in a road accident near Pakyong, Gangtok, on Wednesday.
His mortal remains arrived at his residence at Lottery Kalibari in Barasat's Nabapally on Thursday. A speeding dumper truck hit the bike he was riding pillion, leaving his friend, Himanshu Roy, from New Town, severely injured.
Roy is hospitalised in Gangtok. Rohan rode his own bike up to Siliguri and later switched to Roy's bike due to travel curbs. Rohan is survived by his mother and two sisters.
