Kolkata: Nearly two weeks after Uttam Haldar from Uttar Panchannagram was found dead near Maa Flyover, a murder case was registered at Anandapur PS on Sunday against three individuals. Cops initially suspected that it was an accidental but the post-mortem report remained inconclusive.
The complaint was lodged by the victim's elder brother, Dilip, who suspects foul play in Haldar's death."I have strong suspicions about a man who rents a house nearby with his family. This neighbour borrowed money from my brother, for his sister's wedding jewellery and for a business," Dilip alleged in the FIR. tnn
