  • 12 Kolkata: Calcutta High Court on Tuesday refused permission to Ram Swabhiman Parishad to hold a gathering with victims from Malda and Murshidabad in front of West Bengal State Human Rights Commission's Salt Lake office on Wednesday.Holding that there should be no gathering in front of the office of an adjudicating body, Justice Tirthankar Ghosh directed the organisers to shift it to the footpath adjacent to Central Park opposite DD-Ten Nursing Home.You Can Also Check: Kolkata AQI | Weather in Kolkata | Bank Holidays in Kolkata | Public Holidays in KolkataThe court allowed a gathering of not more than 200 participants from 1-4 pm. It also allowed five participants to go to the WBSHRC office and submit a deputation. Justice Ghosh allowed the use of three microphones for the gathering.
