The family, which performed Manish’s last rites at their Jhalda home on Tuesday, heard about Operation Sindoor as they sat together on Wednesday. “We stand with the govt and our armed forces,” said a family member.Ever since the attack, Manish’s wife, Jaya, has hardly spoken.
