  • Kolkata: A homemaker from Falta filed a police complaint after receiving ‘threat' comments on her social media post about Operation Sindoor, Diamond Harbour police district officers said on Wednesday.The woman, whose identity is being withheld for safety reasons, posted a patriotic message on Facebook four days ago celebrating India's military success."Another war has been added to the pages of history, Sindoor. We are fortunate to have a country that never learned to lose. I am proud to be Indian," her post read.Shortly after, she received comments, threatening her, from an account named ‘Raj F Lover', leaving her fearful for her safety. The woman documented the threats by taking screenshots, which she later shared on social media, garnering support from locals.On Tuesday, she filed a complaint with Diamond Harbour District Superintendent of Police. "The threats left me terrified. I demand appropriate action against the perpetrator," the victim told reporters outside the police station. Police confirmed receiving the complaint and said they were probing the matter.
