  • BJP's Rajya Sabha MP Samik Bhattacharya, a member of Centre's global outreach team led by MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, will reach France on Friday to brief world powers on Operation Sindoor. "We are not against the people of Pakistan. India's offensive was against the terrorists sheltered in the country. It is a terrorist state, and they have to uproot the terrorist modules in the country. We will also explain the situation that compelled us to escalate the offensive against Pakistan," said Bhattacharya on Wednesday. The Prasad-led team will visit Italy, Germany, Denmark, the UK, Belgium, and France."India has faced terrorist attacks over the decades. Innocent civilians were killed during the Parliament attack of 2001 and the 2008 Mumbai attacks. All of these attacks were masterminded by terror outfits based in Pakistan. The international community should now declare Pakistan as a terrorist state, and it should be isolated diplomatically," he added."PM Narendra Modi has said that water and blood cannot flow together. Every political party in the country stood by that," said Bhattacharya.
