Kolkata: The alleged mastermind of a gold chain-snatching incident reported in Kolkata in March was arrested from Mahpur Faridpur village in Siwan on Thursday after coordination between Kolkata Police and local cops in Bihar. Md Arbaz (24) had been evading arrest since March. Two other suspects, Irshad Afridi and Abdul Enam, were arrested on May 18.
