Kolkata: West Bengal chief electoral officer Manoj Agarwal asked all political parties on Friday to send their list of booth-level agents (BLAs) so that the procedure for a revision of electoral rolls in the state could be started. Deletion of names from a voters' list is not possible without the consent of BLAs, who have to be voters of the booths they would represent.
