"The company, founded by Pankaj Dhanuka and Kishore Saraogi in 2004, has 40 delivery centres across 15 countries. Other than Siliguri, Fusion CX has four centres in Bengal — in Kolkata, Howrah, Durgapur, and Kalyani — which were set up at an investment of Rs 300 crore. With its expansion in Siliguri, it now has five centres in the state.

"The Kolkata centre remains our corporate headquarters for operations like Omind, our AI technology arm, along with data annotation and customer experience delivery for retail, e-commerce, and utilities. The Kalyani and Howrah centres serve as hubs for retail e-commerce CX and data annotation, while our Durgapur centre supports BFSI and e-commerce CX," said Dhanuka, chairman and CEO of the company.
