  • Kolkata: A new controversy has been triggered as the detailed information of primary TET 2022 candidates was allegedly leaked on an unknown website. Personal information, including TET certificates of nearly 1.5 lakh qualifiers, was leaked on the unauthorized portal, the job aspirants alleged. The West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE) has assured that a proper investigation would be conducted to find out the actual matter. The board will also file a police complaint in this regard soon.

However, the chairperson of the primary board, Gautam Pal, assured that the matter would be investigated. "Such data leak can't be done from our official website. If any group is indeed active, action will be taken against them, Pal said.

    " The qualified candidates of the 2022 primary TET reported that their results were released in Feb 2023. Those who passed the exam could access this information from the board's website and could download their TET certificates. Several job seekers complained that all these documents were accessible on a private agency's website and many of the pages went viral on social media. After it was reported, the site was blocked on Sunday evening.
