Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday directed ED to file an affidavit within three weeks, in reply to Sheikh Shahjahan's petition assailing the ED cases initiated against him.
In May 2024, ED filed a charge sheet under the PMLA, naming Shahjahan, his brother Alomgir, and two aides Shib Prasad Hazra and Didar Boksh Molla.
