Kolkata: The CBI on Saturday morning visited the Sandeshkhali residence of Sheikh Shahjahan. The investigators also visited the residence of Akhter Mir, a close associate of Shahjahan.
When they reached Shahjahan's Akanji Para residence, his house was found locked.
The team also visited Shahjahan's in-laws' residence as well as the home of his daughter's in-laws'. CBI sources said they are trying to question those seen assisting the mob which attacked ED officials on Jan 5, 2024. TNN
