Howrah: An engineer from Jagatballavpur in Howrah, Rakesh Chanda (33), died by suicide on Thursday after he left a video message, pleading with a person not to harass his mother and sister".
In the video, Chanda said, "I borrowed Rs 5 lakh from a doctor and repaid it. But the doctor demanded that I repaid Rs 25 lakh. He used a politician to threaten me." tnn
