Taking cue from the success of the Amader Para Amader Samadhan , Tamil Nadu government has launched Namma Ooru, Namma Arasu.

Kunal Ghosh, Trinamul Congress state general secretary said more than two crore people have been engaged in more than 28,000 camps, which have enabled people to identify and prioritise their local development needs. Rs 8,000 crore have been earmarked for the purpose. He said: “Tamil Nadu’s adoption of this model shows that Bengal’s people-first approach is becoming the gold standard for inclusive and transformative governance across India.”
