Patton honoured with Rotary National CSR Award for water, sanitation & hygiene

Patton International Limited has been awarded the Rotary National CSR Award (Eastern Region) in the water, sanitation and hygiene (Large Category) for its pioneering community impact. The award was received by Preeyam Budhia (president, Patton Group), who spearheads the organisation’s water conservation initiatives focussing on making clean water accessible, empowering of rural women and children, and encouraging a better hygiene movement for all.
This recognition celebrates Patton Group’s sustained commitment to innovation-driven social responsibility. Combining industrial expertise with empathy-driven design via projects such as the water-on-wheels roller tank, contactless safe handwash stations, and rainwater harvesting, Patton has been transforming lives.
Patton’s initiatives align with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Clean Water and Sanitation (SDG 6), Gender Equality (SDG 5), Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3), and Climate Action (SDG 13). These projects are not isolated interventions but part of a larger ecosystem of partnerships with government bodies, hospitals, schools, and civic institutions to amplify their reach and ensure lasting impact.
Receiving the Rotary National CSR Award, Preeyam Budhia (president, Patton Group) expressed: “It is an honour to receive this prestigious award.
