Suvendu remarks against Birbaha: HC seeks case diary
Times of India | 30 October 2025Justice Jay Sengupta fixed the next hearing of the matter on Nov 11.
Senior state counsel Kalyan Banerjee submitted to the court that the state was not going to take any step against the accused in the meantime. When the counsel pleaded with the court not to give any interim protection to the accused, Justice Sengupta said the court would take the decision after hearing the complainant.
The court also directed Maniktala cops to produce the case diary of a case about Adhikari's alleged involvement in recruitment scam by Nov 11.
