KOLKATA: Former West Bengal minister Sovan Chatterjee formally returned to

The former Kolkata mayor, who was appointed as the chairperson of NKDA (New Town Kolkata Development Authority) on Oct 30, said: "Trinamool flows like blood through my veins."
Chatterjee, along with his aide Baishakhi Bhattacharjee, were inducted back into the party by TMC state president Subrata Bakshi.
Addressing a presser, Chatterjee said, "This is my home, my family. I want to strengthen Trinamool Congress in the days ahead. I have no words to express my gratitude." Soon after joining the party, the duo went to meet TMC national general secretary
