Kolkata: The KMC assistant engineer who was on Friday arrested for amassing assets worth Rs 5.8 crore in five year, far exceeding his known income of Rs 56 lakh in the same period, would be suspended, a KMC official said on Saturday. The civic official had been under scanner since 2022.
