CBI shameless, say parents of RG Kar victim in court

Kolkata: Parents of the victim of RG Kar rape and murder termed CBI as "shameless" on Friday. The central agency's investigating officer Seema Pahuja later said that she's also "a mother".
On Friday, the CBI submitted the seventh status report at the Sealdah court.
The victim's father stood up during the hearing and alleged that the CBI is trying to protect the criminal. He also complained that the CBI's investigating officer did not answer his calls.
"I went to Delhi, and after speaking to senior officials, they said that they were ready to quit if we want to. Later they said that an additional charge sheet will be filed."
The victim's mother, who wanted to disclose facts through a confidential statement, claimed that the CBI had even tried to tutor her husband on his statements before the court.
At this juncture she lost her cool and called the CBI "shameless".
While coming out of the court, Pahuja said, "I am a mother too".
