Kolkata: A complaint has been filed at Technocity Police Station alleging that a youth was assaulted and suffered head injuries requiring stitches following a dispute over bike parking outside Rosedale Mall in New Town on Jan 3. Miasuddin Gazi from Baliguri Baganpara said his son Saidul was "brutally assaulted" by a group of men around 5.45 pm on Jan 3. The complainant named three accused: Rakibul Molla from Borali,Sudipta Paul of Tarahadia, and Nasiruddin Molla from Khamar Rameshwarpur.
Cops said a case has been registered and a probe is underway. tnn
