Kolkata: Lakshmipat Singhania Academy commemorated a landmark occasion as it celebrated its 30th Founder's Day recently at a citys auditorium. Ajoy Kumar Ray, faculty of the Centre for Data Science, JIS Institute of Advanced Studies and Research, and former professor at IIT Kharagpur was the chief guest. All the distinguished guests were felicitated with a potted plant.
The school choir presented a soul-stirring musical ensemble that encapsulated the essence of India's diverse cultural roots and harmonious unity.
The director of LSA, Meena Kak,emphasised importance of transforming education to create resilient, empathetic, collaborative, and confident job creators guided by strong values and wise use of technology. Principal Jaya Misra presented the annual school report. This was followed by words of wisdom by Bharat Hari Singhania, chairman, Lakshmipat Singhania Academy Education Foundation.
