ITC Hotels Q3 net profit rises 9.4% to Rs 235 cr; revenue up 21%

Kolkata: ITC Hotels reported a 9.4% year-on-year increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 235.1 crore for the third quarter this fiscal, backed by a 21.2% jump in revenue during the period. The company's net profit stood at Rs 214.9 crore for the third quarter of FY25. Its revenue from operations for the third quarter of FY26 rose to Rs 1230.6 crore from Rs 1015.4 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal, according to a stock exchange filing by the company.
During the period under review, total expenses increased by 17.5% year-on-year to Rs 870 crore, compared with Rs 740.4 crore in the year-ago period.
In a media statement, ITC Hotels said that, on a standalone basis, room revenue during the quarter grew by 12%, driven by robust performance in the corporate, wedding, and MICE segments. Average daily rates (ADRs) for the quarter grew by 9%, and occupancy expanded by 290 BPS, resulting in overall consolidated revenue per available room (RevPAR) growth of 13%.
Food and beverage (F&B) revenue grew by 8% in the third quarter this fiscal, led primarily by banqueting, with strong momentum across weddings and corporate events.
