‘Heritage walk tickets only from Rabindra Bhavana’

Kolkata: Visva Bharati clarified on Thursday that heritage walk tickets are exclusively issued from its Rabindra Bhavana counter after a "canard" spread that a black market for the tickets developed, where tickets were sold at highly inflated prices. VB also said in the statement that the tickets will soon be available online, maybe within a couple of months.
In a statement, VB said, "Heritage Walk tickets are available exclusively from its Rabindra Bhavana counter at fixed rates. There is, at present, no other means of obtaining tickets through any agency or person. If visitors obtain tickets by any means other than from the Rabindra Bhavana counter, the University cannot be held responsible for this..." tnn
