Kolkata: BJP neta and leader of opposition Suvendu Adhikari moved the Calcutta High Court on Wednesday over an alleged breach of security after he faced a protest outside the CEO office on Tuesday. It was alleged that shoes were hurled at Adhikari by protesters when he entered the office.
His counsel alleged that despite the presence of cops, no action was taken.
The case was mentioned before the division bench of Chief Justice Sujoy Paul, who permitted the filing of the case.
