Kolkata: SUCI (Communist) on Saturday submitted a memorandum to Bengal CEO Manoj Agarwal to allow former MP Tarun Mandal, placed "under adjudication", to be a Bengal voter.
A dozen documents were submitted, including his former Lok Sabha MP identity card, PPO (Pension Payment Order), service records as a central govt Group-A officer. Copies of the memorandum were sent to the Calcutta High Court chief justice, the Lok Sabha Speaker, and the President. tnn
